Terms

Terms of sale.

The terms a ShuttleCheck™ Pro licence is sold on. Written to be read before you pay, not after. The free version of ShuttleCheck is not sold and these terms do not apply to it.

Version 1 · last updated 13 October 2026

1 · Who you are buying from

MVRK.SYSTEMS LTD, trading as MVRK Systems, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 498452, registered office 28 Kosti Palama, Flat 301, 4001 Limassol, Cyprus. Email hello@mvrk.systems. In these terms, "we" and "us" means MVRK Systems Ltd and "you" means whoever buys the licence.

2 · What you are buying

A licence is a signed file that lets ShuttleCheck carry out renames on one machine: conforming a drive to a naming convention, renaming files by hand, and undoing either from the journal. Everything else ShuttleCheck does (checking, the convention, the roll call, sealing and vendor packs) is free and needs no licence.

  • Annual licence: one machine, twelve months from the day it is issued.
  • Project licence: one machine, thirty days from the day it is issued.

A licence keeps working for fourteen days after it expires, so a late renewal does not stop a shoot. Licences do not renew automatically and nothing is charged again unless you buy again. A licence is checked on your machine with no network connection, and needs ShuttleCheck 0.4.3 or later. It is for your own organisation's use; it may not be resold, shared between machines or published.

3 · Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are in euros: €180 for an annual licence and €49 for a project licence, per machine, before VAT. VAT is added at the rate that applies to you, and the total you will pay is shown before you pay. A business in another EU member state with a VAT number we can confirm through VIES is invoiced without VAT, under the reverse charge. The price you agree at checkout is the price you pay; it does not change afterwards.

Payment is taken by our payment provider, Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam), by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. We never see or store your card details. An invoice is issued when the payment is received.

4 · Delivery

The licence is delivered digitally. Paid by card or Apple Pay, it is shown on the page you return to after paying and emailed to you with the invoice, normally within a minute. Paid by bank transfer, it is delivered the same way as soon as the money arrives. If it has not reached you within one working day of payment, write to us.

5 · Your right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase made online. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery has begun with your consent. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want the licence delivered straight away and that you understand you will lose the right of withdrawal once it is delivered; the confirmation email repeats this. If you pay by bank transfer and change your mind before the licence is delivered, tell us and we will refund you in full.

If you buy for a business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

6 · Refunds

If ShuttleCheck Pro does not work on your machine and we cannot put it right, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within fourteen days of us agreeing them, and the licence stops being valid.

7 · If something goes wrong

ShuttleCheck renames files only after you have read and approved a plan, and every run can be undone from its journal. Even so, keep your own copy of media you cannot afford to lose; we cannot be responsible for loss caused by hardware failure or by renames you approved.

If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights if the software does not conform to what we described. If you buy for a business, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the licence in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost production time. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8 · Your details

We use the details you give at checkout to deliver the licence, issue the invoice and meet our tax obligations. How we handle them is set out in the privacy notice. ShuttleCheck itself does not upload your files or their names.

9 · Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country and may bring a claim in its courts. Please write to us first; most problems are fixed faster by email.

We may update these terms. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published when you made it, and the version is recorded with your order.
