01 · What we collect
Only what you send us, and what a web server logs.
Netlify, which hosts this site, records standard request data (IP address, browser, page requested, time) to keep the site secure and to deliver it.
It runs entirely in your browser. The files you choose are read on your machine and nothing is uploaded, so we never see them.
No advertising or tracking cookies. No analytics at present; this notice will be updated before any analytics is added.

02 · Why, and for how long
Used to answer you, and nothing else.
Answering an enquiry, arranging a pilot or quoting a licence is a step you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. If a business relationship follows, we keep what that relationship and our legal obligations require. Server logs are held by Netlify under its own retention schedule.
Netlify, Inc. hosts the site, handles the forms and keeps the server logs on our behalf. Where that involves a transfer outside the EU, it is covered by Netlify's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
03 · Your rights
Ask, and we will act on it.
You can ask for access to your data, and for it to be corrected, erased, restricted or given to you in a portable form, and you can object to how we use it. Write to hello@mvrk.systems.
You have the right to complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection at dataprotection.gov.cy. We would rather hear from you first, so we can put it right.
