FigureCheck™

ONE FIGURE. EVERY PAGE. EVERY QUARTER.

A CFD promotion has to carry the firm's own retail-loss percentage, and that figure is recalculated at least every quarter. On the day it moves, every page, app listing, landing page and partner site still showing the old one is wrong at the same moment. FigureCheck™ reads them all, compares each with the wording your compliance officer signed, and tells you what does not match before the quarter turns.

01 · The figure

Five figures. One licence.
Nobody decided that.

In July 2026 a CySEC-regulated broker was publishing five different retail-loss percentages across five of its own pages, under a single licence. It was not careless. It is what a quarterly recalculation does to a number that lives in more places than anyone has a list of.

02 · How it works

Find out what your pages say.
Then keep them saying it.

Five stages, in the order a firm meets them. Each is earned by something that is true in the record, not by a plan being bought.

Auditfree · no card
Name the pages that carry your advertising. We read what each one publishes and issue a numbered report. We never crawl: the pages are the ones you name.
Registrywording in force
Your approved wording, per entity and per language, signed off by a named compliance officer with a second factor. Never edited in place; a new version closes the old one, so the wording in force on any past date is a question with an answer.
Watchedevery 12 or 48 hours
Every surface measured against the registry on a schedule, from more than one country, because firms serve different licensed entities by location. Partner pages are read the same way. Review dates are watched, and so is the monitor itself.
Provablea quarter delivered
Every measurement is kept and dated. The audit export is one archive: registry history, surfaces, findings, documents issued and the trail, each file hashed in a manifest so the pack can be shown to be intact.
Born nativeat build time
The space the approved wording needs, in every language, for every format, specified before the creative is cut. A format that cannot carry the wording says so and names the language that binds; type is never shrunk to fit.

An example, not a measurement. Every finding reads “flagged for review”; FigureCheck™ identifies discrepancies and does not make legal determinations.

03 · The frame

The same wording is a different
share of every shape.

A disclosure rule is written as a percentage of frame height, and a percentage of frame height is a different number in every format. On a 1080×1920 story, the German disclosure at the required cap height needs 35% of the frame, six lines deep. A designer guessing a band at the bottom guesses 10%, ships, and re-cuts.

10%Guessed · a band at the bottom
35%Required · German, six lines

Measured by FigureCheck™ against a 2.5% cap-height rule. The leaderboard and the story differ by the shape of the frame, not by the size of the ad, which is why a resized ad can carry the right wording and still be wrong.

04 · What we do, and will not

Three boundaries. They are why a
compliance officer can sign for it.

We never author legal text

Your compliance officer supplies the approved wording and signs it under their own name. We copy it exactly, in every language they have signed. There is no suggested wording and no translation; a missing language means somebody signs one off.

We never make design decisions

We report that a disclosure plate is too small for German at your minimum type size, with the measurement. What to do about it is your call. Text is never shortened to make a format fit.

We report; you enforce

We show what partner pages publish under your brand. We never contact an affiliate and never chase a takedown. Every finding is flagged for review.

05 · Plans

The audit is the trial.
Every other rung is a monthly price.

Prices are in euros, per month. The estate decides the rung: one licence fits the single-entity plan, and a second entity is the move to Watched.

A one-off correction sprint (€1,800, ten working days) corrects the assets an audit flagged and stands up the registry they need. Limits and prices on this page are the ones in the catalogue the product enforces, so the figure here is the figure on the invoice.

06 · The record

Evidence a regulator can read,
kept where it was made.

Signed by a person

Only a compliance user with two-factor authentication can put wording in force. An administrator can issue a reset link, never set a password, and a reset never touches the second factor.

Append-only

Findings and the audit trail are never edited. Wording is versioned, never overwritten. Reports are numbered and stored exactly as issued.

EU-hosted

One EU host. Creative is rendered, read and composited on it; OCR and rendering run locally rather than through a hosted service, so client artwork does not leave it.

Your systems, scoped

API keys carry scopes rather than a role, are revocable on the next request, and can never sign off a disclosure. Sign-offs are pushed to your endpoint as signed webhooks.

The scanner identifies itself as FigureCheckBot and honours robots.txt. How it behaves, and how to block it.

Start with the audit

Name the pages that carry your figure.

We read what they publish and issue a numbered report. No card, nothing published, nobody contacted. An empty result is reported as “could not verify”, never as “matched”.
